Citrus Relocation has recently helped UK Television Channel Five to provide information on the residential property market in Milton Keynes. The research was for a new series of five programmes which begins broadcasting on Thursday 5th June. The programme highlighting Milton Keynes will be broadcast on Thursday 19th June. The series searches for the best places to live in Britain. Each week, the show pinpoints the best locales to start a property hunt using up-to-the-minute industry knowledge. The series is presented by property expert Melissa Porter and home renovation specialist Ian Blandford. Milton Keynes was highlighted by The Times earlier this year as the fourth safest places to invest in property in the UK because of its well-planned infrastructure, excellent transport links and the ease of access to attractive countryside. This was the reason Milton Keynes is included in one programme in the series was based on ‘more for your money’ property areas. Managing Director of Citrus Relocation Services Limited, Sue Myrie, said, “we were delighted to assist Channel Five in the making of this programme on Milton Keynes and to show that Milton Keynes is not just an exciting city, but one of the fastest growing areas in the country. We are just 34 minutes by train to London, yet property here is such great value for money and the quality of life here is fantastic. The excellent road system means there is little traffic congestion. You can live in a peaceful residential area but still only be a few minutes drive to the city centre with its award winning shopping centre." Citrus Relocation Services Limited offers bespoke, flexible relocation services to both the private and corporate sector for people relocating throughout the UK. These include property searching (purchase & rental), information on schools, local information packs and orientation tours. They are also able to provide advice to companies on their relocation policy plus management & communication of the relocation to employees.
