Professional couple looking to buy who used Citrus to help them find their dream property

My fiancé and I was looking for our first home at the end of last year. After spending countless time trawling the internet, estate agents and areas we were interested in with no luck, we decided to enlist the help of a professional. I'm sure anyone who's looking to go down this route imagines something like the TV program Location, Location. (At least I did, without actually being on TV!).

With this in mind I did a search on-line for a professional relocation agent. Obviously a long list of individuals and companies came up, I phoned around so many of them but none of them felt quite right.

She listened patiently as I listed all my criteria’s for a house. After meeting her face to face for the first time, I knew I was in good hands! Within a week she managed to pull together viewings for properties that fulfilled our brief. I was so surprised at the speed of things. After all her hard work, we didn't find any property that was right for us. Sue obviously didn't give up, so we went back to the drawing board and finalised everything we were looking for in a house. Within weeks, she had around ten properties for us to view and we managed to find the right house for us. We enlisted her help a week before Christmas and managed to complete on our chosen property be March.

Sue was patient, understanding and above all professional every single step of the way in our home search. She even arranged a mortgage broker and solicitor for us, both of whom I would recommend to anyone. She kept us informed of everything she was doing on our behalf from the moment we enlisted her services to our completion. Having someone take care of all the tedious, time consuming and stress out of finding a home is invaluable. She is always contactable and nothing ever seems to phase her. Her fee is highly competitive (trust me on this, I phoned around ten other companies before I got to her), above all her personal dedication is PRICELESS!
