Your Initial Personal Consultation
One of our highly experienced search consultants will arrange to meet you at your home or place of work so that we can discuss face to face your specific requirements in your property search including the type of property you are looking for, your budget and preferred location.
The consultant will be your main point of contact throughout the property search and will liaise with your lender, accountant & lawyer to manage the whole process on your behalf through to completion.
Your Orientation Tour
If you are not familiar with your chosen location we can arrange to spend a day driving you around the area to show you the types of property available within your budget plus make you aware of all the local amenities such as shopping & leisure facilities. If appropriate we can also provide information on local schools.
Property Previews
We start your property search by focusing on the requirements brief prepared at your initial consultation. We will preview a number of properties to enable us to provide you with a selection of properties for you to see. This will save you valuable time and hassle ensuring that you do not waste time looking at properties that do not accurately match your brief.
This initial preview stage will take us approximately seven working days as we have to research the market, arrange the viewings and attend the previews.
Accompanied Viewings
When we first accompany you to see a list of selected properties we will gain a closer understanding of what you are looking for from the invaluable feedback which you give to us and this will assist us in fine tuning your search.
Handling Negotiations
We will use our expertise & experience to negotiate the final purchase price on your behalf obtaining the best deal possible. It is often possible to obtain a sufficient reduction in price to cover our fees.
Managing the Purchase Process
We will save you time & hassle by managing the whole purchasing process for you from negotiation of the purchase price right through to completion. We will liaise with your lender (where appropriate), accountant & lawyer to ensure as smooth a transition as possible for you.
