Our principle aims are to find you a great property for your budget, we always aim to save you money by significantly negotiating down the purchase price. We save you time, sourcing a property that fits with your lifestyle. If you are looking for a perfect new home or wish to invest in property, we have many longstanding relationships. These relationships are with experienced credible estate agents and property developers, to ensure we find you the best properties available.

Citrus Relocation often has access to homes that have not yet been released onto the property market. As your independent property finder, we act solely on your behalf to search the whole marketplace to find a property which accurately matches your brief and budget. House buying has never been easier than with Citrus.

Property buying process

We will either meet with you in person or arrange a telephone consultation to discuss your property requirements in depth. Once you have signed our terms and paid the initial retainer fee we will begin to preview properties. We will then take you to view shortlisted properties within seven days. We will continue to search the market until a suitable property has been sourced within your retainer.

We negotiate the offer and manage the purchasing process including liaising with your mortgage lender or broker.  We manage all communication channels, whether this be with the estate agents, solicitors or surveyors to ensure that your property purchase and move is as stress free and efficient for you as possible Having managed many house purchases our knowledge of the UK buying process is second to none. 

We can introduce you to trusted and discreet mortgage brokers who have access to some excellent mortgage funding. We also have special funding services for high-net worth applicants. Citrus can also introduce clients to quality property lawyers and arrange removals within the UK and shipping from outside the UK.  

Orientation Tour (optional)

If you are unfamiliar with your chosen location, we can take you on a location and property orientation to show you potential areas of interest. An orientation tour is an invaluable tool as it helps many of our clients understand the cost associated when buying different types of property in various areas across the UK. It can also help clients to visualise if the location is suitable to their lifestyle and to better understand their potential commute. Where appropriate we can also provide information on local amenities including schools, leisure and shopping facilities.


Our house buying rates our competitive and transparent:

RETAINER FEE – £950 (deductible from property purchase success fee) 

SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE FEE – 1.5% upon successful completion of your purchase OR 15% off of the negotiated purchase price  (whichever is greater)

All fees payable to Citrus Relocation attract VAT at a rate of 20%.


Citrus Relocation is a member of  The Property Ombudsman Scheme,  a UK government approved regulator, which means we act in our clients best interests as buying agents and are bound by their ethics, terms and conditions.

We are also holders of the HMRC Money Laundering Certificate.
