If you need somewhere comfortable and spacious to stay when you first arrive in the UK serviced accommodation offers greater privacy and more space than a hotel. We have access to high quality properties where you can relax and feel at home. Serviced accommodation offers free WIFI, are cleaned regularly and all utility bills are included in the cost of the rental.
Before we begin a rental search we highly recommend an orientation tour as it’s a great way for you to see and experience different locations and view sample quality properties within your budget and agreed criteria. We use this feedback to fine tune your property viewing days. In addition, if you have children, we can include visits to suitable schools too.
We understand that finding a rental new home in the UK is one of the most important aspects of your relocation. You will also want to understand what areas works best for your needs. We will advise you on rental budgets and locations that work best for you. We cover London and the whole of the UK and will assign the best relocation consultant for the area you are searching in. They will be able to point out transport connections, shopping facilities as well as local gyms and parks and restaurants. Your relocation consultant will arrange a list of property viewings which accurately match the criteria agreed with you. They will provide advice to you on each property and give their opinion on the advertised rent. Once you have chosen a property we will negotiate the terms of your offer and then manage the move in process keeping you fully informed throughout.
Like any parent you will be concerned about finding a good nursery or school for your child/children. Following an initial discussion and analysis, suitable nursery or school options would be identified which could be in the UK state or private independent sector. Citrus will liaise with the local education authorities as well as the preferred schools to check availability of places and support you with a nursery/school search. This will be covered by your allocated personal education adviser. Citrus will provide advice and statistics on the performance of the schools as well as the relevant prospectus with details of how to gain entrance and the relevant admission procedures. We will arrange visits to schools and can accompany you on those visits. We cover all school years from nursery/kindergarten through to help with applying for university places.
As well as finding a home in the UK there are additional support services, settling in services, which we can offer you to help get you settled into your new lives in UK as quickly and effortlessly as possible. This can include opening a UK bank account, information on registering with a local doctor, advice on getting broadband set up and renting furniture for example.
